We stayed for one night and found the peaceful vibe perfect for our city explorations, with the stunning Abbey of Saints Severus and Martyrius just a 15-minute stroll away and the charming streets of Orvieto only slightly farther, making it easy to soak in the sights. the hosts were welcoming and the breakfast was decent, giving us a lovely start to our day of exploration, but the toilet was a bit cramped, which could be an issue for some.

Just a solid selection for a weekend stopover in Porano with outstanding value. Got awakened by barking dogs at 4 a.m., but it didn’t ruin my visit. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Staying at Il Cardellino was a delightful experience. The tranquil countryside setting provided a perfect escape. Engaging conversations with the friendly hosts made my stay memorable. Although the bathroom was cramped, the lovely atmosphere outweighed any minor inconveniences. I truly enjoyed my time here.
